RETURN POLICY
Any unopened package
in pefect condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
If the package has
been opened but the hair is in perfect condition, we will refund your
money minus a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days, or you may exchange
for same amount of in-store merchandise..
If you have opened
the package, removed the hair, and cut off the ties, there will be
no refund of any kind given.
There is no Warranty
on the hair we sell, due to the fact that if there is problems with
snarling, it is something your client has done to it.
SHIPPING POLICY
All Online orders recieved after 12:00 noon will be shipped the following business day.
If you order after 12:00 noon on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday Morning.
We use UPS for all
of our shipping. Once it is in there hands, they are responsible for
getting it to you.
Someone must be present
at the addres you are shipping it to, in order to receive the package.
If no-one is available they will not leave it for you.
Ground shipping:
UPS gaurantees 6-10 days, so your package can arrive in as little
as 1 day to the full 10days. If you have received a package before,
in 3 days, this in no way means that you will receive it within 3
days again.
3 Day Select:
This means that you are guaranteed to have your package by 6 pm on
the third business day from the day it was SHIPPED.
2 Day Shipping:
This means that you are guaranteed to have your package by 6 pm on
the second business day from the day it was SHIPPED.
Overnight Shipping:
This is the most expensive option. UPS guarantees your package by
6pm the following Business day from the day it was SHIPPED.
Saturday Delivery:
If you need your package on a saturday, you can pay for this service.
This is the ONLY way you will receive a package on Saturday.
If you refuse a package
when it is shipped or if no one is present and UPS sends it back,
you will charged for all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
